The First Community Foundation of Pennsylvania is guided
by a Board of Directors and the president,
who are chosen for their knowledge of community issues
and their desire to serve the common good. All Board
members, except for the Foundation's president, serve on
a volunteer basis for two renewable four-year terms.

Volunteer Committees
Our volunteer committees are the voice that links the
First Community Foundation of Pennsylvania with the
communities it serves. Committee members bring community
concerns and opportunities to the attention of the
Foundation's leadership. They assist the Foundation in
building healthy communities by sharing their diverse
perspectives, special talents, and personal resources.
Our volunteers serve on the following committees:
